Slums are wounded by flooding in some places, where it is a solemn threaten to the slum dwellers.Slums in Cities are more in danger by this flooding.This valnerable situation causes the people to displaced.Anyhow slum dwellers are facing the problems constantly.Could you think about their plight in life???

Thaso, this is a very interesting post! It is hard to think of someone more vulnerable to flooding here in Chittagong than the people who live in slums. Thinking about it makes me feel very frustrated, since it is such a big and serious problem without an obvious solution. Thank you for writing about it and reminding me to think about it more often.

Hey people, y’all wanna hear something funny? There was a man who was drowning, and a boat came, and the man on the boat said “Do you need help?” and the man said “God will save me”. I tell you what! y’all need to move out from where you are, Y’all got a dream… Y’all gotta think about it, Y’all gotta protect it. People can’t do somethin’ themselves, they wanna tell y’all y’all can’t do it. If y’all want somethin’, go get it. Period. it is limited anyway.
